Defendant Sentenced IT IS THE JUDGMENT AND SENTENCE OF THIS COURT THAT DEFENDANT BE SENTENCED AS FOLLOWS: Imposition of sentence is suspended and Defendant is placed on UNSUPERVISED probation for a period of twenty-four (24) months, subject to the following special conditions of probation: 1) Violate no laws: City, County, State, or Federal. 2) Pay court costs of $132.50 by 09/30/22. Acceptable forms of payment are Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Debit/Credit Card. Time payment fee of $25.00 will be deducted if total amount is paid within 30 days. Delinquent costs will be submitted to Tax Offset and Municipal Services Bureau. An additional 14.9% is added to all balances sent to Municipal Services Bureau. In addition, failure to pay costs may result in intercept of your tax refund pursuant to Section 488.5028 RSMo. 3) Not consume alcohol or enter any establishment where alcohol is the main item offered for sale. 4) Not possess or consume any controlled substances unless prescribed by a licensed physician. Prescriptions shall be kept in the container in which the pharmacist dispensed the prescription. In addition, prescriptions shall be taken as prescribed and at proper intervals. 5) Have no contact with, or enter the premises of any probationer, parolee, known drug user, dealer, or manufacturer. 6) Submit to urine, breath, and/or blood screens at the direction of uniformed officer. 7) Submit to a search of his person, residence and/or any automobile he owns or is a passenger in, upon the request of any uniformed officer, SEMO drug task force officer or probation officer. 8) Defendant shall not possess any type of firearm during the term of probation.
