Your case is unique, but you are not alone.
About 41,000 new cases are filed in U.S. courts every weekday. Behind each one is a person trying to understand what happens next. Here’s what the public record can tell you about this matter — and about the people deciding it.
Is this judge more likely to rule for the plaintiff or the defendant in cases of this type?
How has your attorney actually performed in front of this judge?
AICasePredict surfaces patterns from public court records. We don’t predict outcomes and we don’t recommend changing your attorney — that’s a conversation for you and them. We just show you what the record already says.

- General Docket Entry Bench Trial - Counsel for Petitioner and Counsel for Respondent appeared with parties. Agreements read into the record. Evidence presented on issue of alcohol injunctions and use of OFW. Court rules that Mr. Roberts must have a hair alcohol test by Friday at his expense. If positive, Father may not drive the children until a clean hair test is provided to Respondent's counsel. Mr. Roberts is to take a hair alcohol test every 3 months hereafter, and must take at least two more hair tests (which would be in April and July). If the tests are positive, diluted, or missed, Mr. Roberts is still enjoined from driving the children. Testing will continue until there are two clean consecutive hair alcohol tests, which would reflect 6 months of sobriety. After two clean tests Father is not required to continue testing and may drive the children. Mother to pay for the tests after this first one if the tests are negative. If the tests are positive, Mr. Roberts will reimburse Ms. Roberts within 7 days of receipt of the invoice to be provided through OFW. Father is ordered to enrol in AA by date of entry of final order. The Court is not limiting the amount of emails in OFW but admonishes the parties that the communications should be related to possession schedules and the childrens and not just back and forth commentary disagreeing with what is stated.
