Andrew Donovan

Andrew is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate Securities and Tax practice group. Andrew advises companies on a range of business matters, including corporate governance and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. He also advises clients on entity formation, restructuring strategies, and private equity and debt financings, among other areas of general corporate law. Andrew received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
