Jason Messersmith

Jason Messersmith Attorney & Co-Founder(757) 223-4455 Before practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Attorney Jason Messersmith earned his Bachelor of Science from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. After graduating cum laude in 2005, Mr. Messersmith went on to pursue his juris doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. During his law school tenure, he was honored to serve on the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review. Attorney Messersmith has earned recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2015 through 2018 and has been named to the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 since 2012. Mr. Messersmith is a proud Virginia native who grew up in the Olde Wythe Neighborhood of Hampton, VA. He currently resides in Hampton with his wife and son.
