Daniel C. McGill Attorney Dan grew up in Skamania County, in the Columbia River Gorge, and is a native of the Northwest. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing in the winter, and Mountain Biking and Backpacking in the Summer. Dan considers the Gorge, and the surrounding areas, his home and enjoys being a part of the community. Dan has an interest in the primary educational experience of the youth in the community and how enrichment of the experience better prepares the youth to tackle the challenges of adult life. As a part of that interest Dan has been a coach for the Mock Trial team, Football team, and Powerlifting clubs for his local community High School. Dan also served as Vice President of the local School Foundation and on the Board for the local AYSO program. Dan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Eastern Washington University and his Law Degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. Dan spent 10 years prosecuting Criminal matters in Skamania County and has substantial litigation experience. Since joining the firm, Dans practice has focused on parent defense in CPS and Dependency cases, as well as juvenile criminal defense.
