Bradley S. Nicodemus

Brad focuses his practice on criminal and OVI defense but also regularly represents clients in civl matters including business transactions, public nuisance actions, and estate planning. Brad is also the Assistant City Attorney in Whitehall, OH, where he oversees Mayor’s Court, and represents the city in eminent domain and land-use and zoning matters, nuisance property actions, contract and employment matters, and other municipal and civil matters. Brad has also previously presented information on Mayor’s Courts in Ohio to the Ohio Municipal League’s New Prosecutor Seminar.Brad was elected Mayor of the Village of Baltimore in November 2015 and took office on January 1, 2016
