Michael Kim

Attorney Mike Kim represents clients in commercial real estate and complex business transactions related to formation, acquisition, disposition, and corporate governance. Mike earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he served as Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and completed internships at the Federal Trade Commission and Los Angeles County Superior Court. Prior to joining SWTW, Mike worked for an Atlanta-based law firm with a concentration on high-volume real estate transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, California State Bar, and Asian Real Estate Association of America. When not practicing law, Mike enjoys watching the Chicago Bulls basketball team and traveling. He is a native Korean speaker and has an intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
