B. Jeffrey

Jeffrey B. First is an attorney who has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1988. He has extensive experience in handling transactional matters, litigation, and legal counselling of clients. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a Juris Doctorate. He also is a 1985 graduate of the University of Delaware and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Mr. First has worked in the past for two prominent large corporate law firms, Buchanan Ingersoll Professional Corporation and Kirkpatrick & Lockhart. He also served as an Assistant Deputy Mayor in the administration of former mayor of Philadelphia Edward G. Rendell.
