Scott Miller - attorney Mr. Miller graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1984. He is licensed in Washington and Idaho. He has over 30 years experience providing legal services at the trial court level as well as appeals in both state and federal courts. Mr. Miller is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar Association, the Spokane County Bar Association, the Eastern Washington Federal Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and is a Lifetime Fellow in the American Bar Association Foundation and in the American Judicature Society. Mr. Miller also serves as the Chancellor of the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane.
