Biographical Rick presently is a shareholder in the the firm of Spears, Moore, Rebman and Williams PC in Chattanooga. He was previously a founding member of the law firms of Fleissner, Cooper and Marcus PLLC and Franklin, Cooper and Marcus PLLC. He is a AV rated lawyer with Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
