Kenneth Daly

Kenneth Daly focuses his practice on personal injury and mass tort litigation, including lawsuits involving dangerous pharmaceutical drugs. Kenneth is significantly involved in the Depakote® (valproic acid) Products Liability Litigation. Additionally, Kenneth represents clients in a variety of personal injury claims. Since starting at Burg Simpson in 2009, Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University, graduating magna cum laude in 2012 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2015.
