Bradley M. Gibson

I am a senior associate with the Finney Law Firm where I practice primarily in civil litigation, school law, and constitutional law. I earned my J. D., summa cum laude, from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2010 where I served on the editorial board of the law review and competed on moot court. I have litigation experience in the federal and state courts in Ohio and Kentucky, and have successfully represented private companies and individuals in a wide range of tort litigation and contract disputes. Litigation is often one of the most stressful events in a persons life, and I am humbled to have the opportunity to counsel clients through the process. Early on, I work with my clients to identify what a successful outcome looks like in their case, and then maintain a dialogue concerning the legal, practical, and economic realities of their particular situation as it evolves. I seek to provide the highest quality of legal services to achieve results in an efficient, yet thorough manner. There is nothing better than seeing a client emerge from litigation with a favorable outcome and burdens lifted. Away from the office, you will likely find me walking my Basset Hound Otis through Colombia-Tusculum with my wife and son, hitting errant tee shots on a golf course, or at an ice rink.
