Daniel C. Apodaca

Daniel Apodaca is a native New Mexican growing up in Las Cruces, and has made Albuquerque home. He is focused on appreciating the unique circumstances of his clients and solving their legal issues both efficiently and decisively. After graduating law school from the University of New Mexico, Daniel worked as a public defender in Bernalillo County. He gained invaluable experience taking more than 25 cases to a jury trial. Moving to civil practice proved even more rewarding in his ability to assist clients in a wide range of matters. Daniel has managed and successfully resolved cases in a vast array of complex civil matters, including serious personal injury, construction defect, and various commercial matters. Daniel has gained a unique expertise in employment litigation helping individual clients successfully navigate their discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing claims. Daniel has taken many cases through administrative evidentiary hearing. Daniel enjoys his free time exploring New Mexicos amazing outdoors with his wife and two daughters. An avid sports fan, Daniel also enjoys being a referee for high school basketball with the NMAA.
