Thomas Doyle

Tom represents businesses and individuals with a focus on litigation, conflict resolution, and problem solving in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Tom is a seasoned litigator with extensive trial practice and has argued before state and federal appellate courts. Tom believes every client and case is different. He works hard every day to provide his clients the individualized attention each case deserves and the best representation possible. Tom graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law and with honors in the Advocacy and Dispute Resolution track. Before joining DBL Law, Tom worked at large Cincinnati and Dayton law firms as well as co-founding Cincinnati firm Doyle & Hassman. He prides himself on providing quality large law firm legal services within a smaller client-focused setting. Tom has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2016 through 2021, a peer-rated selection process that uses peer nomination, independent research, and peer evaluations to recognize top lawyers in each state. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. Tom is active in his community. He is the Board Chairman and a volunteer for Whole Again, a Cincinnati-based charity that serves food to low-income children in the summer and helps with academic tutoring and exercise. He also loves volunteering and coaching his children in youth sports. Tom enjoys anything related to sports. Tom was captain of his college football team at Capital University, and a consensus First Team All-American. He also won The Rimington Award, which is named after former Cincinnati Bengals center Dave Rimington and presented by the Boomer Esiason Foundation to the most outstanding center in each NCAA division in the country. Tom also enjoys being outside, playing and listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends
