John Click

John is a partner with the firm and has been with the firm since 1992. His emphasis is on litigation, both civil and criminal. He regularly handles personal injury, divorce, custody, visitation, and support cases, in addition to misdemeanor and felony cases, DUI reckless driving, and other serious traffic offenses. He represents both individuals and companies, and regularly appears before the General District Courts, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, and Circuit Courts, in Richmond, Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield, and Goochland. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. He earned his BS degree in business finance from Virginia Tech and his J. D. from the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is the president of the firm and holds Martindale-Hubbles highest AV rating.
