Emily Coombs Waddell

Biography Emily provides legal solutions to help clients achieve their human capital objectives while staying compliant with the latest developments in employment and labor law. Emily supports employers across industries draft compliant handbook policies, respond to charges of discrimination and harassment and support all aspects of the employment relationship. Emily further specializes her practice in traditional labor law, including the drafting and negotiation of project labor agreements. Emily understands the importance of reliable legal support in high pressure situations. Before practicing law, Emily worked in labor relations and human resources for an aerospace and defense company. During and after law school she volunteered with the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center providing advocacy support to veterans before the Veterans Benefits Administration.
