He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction litigation, including high-exposure New York Labor Law, construction defect and related property damage cases, as well as premises, product liability and professional liability matters, and commercial litigation involving securities fraud. Throughout his career, Dominic has successfully represented general contractors, trade subcontractors, architects, engineers and owner-developers. He strives to add value by carefully analyzing cases and identifying every opportunity to extricate clients from litigation at the earliest possible stage. He has successfully argued pre-answer motions to dismiss in complex, multi-party litigation involving high-rise and luxury condominium construction in the city of New York.
