Yixin Shangguan

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Sam was an assistant attorney general at the Office of the Illinois Attorney General where he represented state agencies and officials in diverse civil defense litigation cases. Preceding his experience as an assistant attorney general, Sam was a staff attorney at the Law Center for Better Housing where he represented low-income tenants’ housing rights. While attending Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, Sam served as a judicial extern for Justice R.
