Joseph L. Garcia III Partner As a partner with Buist Byars & Taylor, Joseph Garcia manages the day-to-day operations for our Kiawah/Seabrook office. His practice is focused on residential real estate, handling closings and other matters for clients on Kiawah, Seabrook, Wadmalaw, and Johns Island. In 2006, Joseph graduated magna cum laude from the College of Charleston in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009. While in law school, he served on the South Carolina Journal of International Law & Business, and interned with Buist Byars & Taylor. He joined the firm full-time as an attorney following graduation. He was selected as a member of the Charleston Metro Chambers Leadership Charleston - Class of 2018. This program is a highly sought-after professional development opportunity.
