Taylor S. Ferguson

About Attorney Taylor Ferguson practices labor and employment and personal injury law. He works out of our Indianapolis office. Taylor proudly represents individuals before local, state, and federal courts and agencies in a wide range of employment matters. Taylor is a Kentucky native who received his undergraduate degree at Franklin College. While attending the I. U. Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Taylor participated in Moot Court, was on the Editorial Board for the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review, and graduated with a Certificate in Environmental & Natural Resources Law. Before joining Biesecker Dutkanych & Macer, LLC, Taylor practiced personal injury law for two and a half years in Louisville, Kentucky. While there, he successfully tried cases at both the state and federal level. He is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and is a member of the Indiana State Bar, Kentucky Bar, Louisville Bar Association, and the Kentucky Justice Association.
