Mark V. Breaugh

MARK BREAUGH is an associate attorney at The Health Law Partners, P.C. Mr. Breaugh works with a variety of clients, including hospitals, health systems, and health care providers and suppliers and concentrates his practice on regulatory compliance, transactional, and litigation matters.Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Breaugh worked at a boutique law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. There, he focused his practice on representing individual and corporate clients in actions involving breach of contract, fraud, and shareholder disputes. While in law school, Mr. Breaugh worked as a law clerk at The Health Law Partners, P.C.
