J. Bennett

SUMMARY Bonnie J. Bennett is an attorney at the firms Orange County office. Her practice focuses on general civil litigation, construction law, product liability, insurance coverage and litigation, real estate and general business litigation. Ms. Bennett is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation through trial. Her experience in construction and insurance litigation allows Ms. Bennett to advise her clients on risk mitigation and risk transfer. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bennett defended developers and general contractors in all phases of construction related litigation (including SB800 repairs). She also vigorously defended clients in premises liability matters, subrogation claims and other insurance related matters. Ms. Bennetts previous experience in wildfire litigation makes her uniquely poised to represent public entity clients. Ms. Bennett received her Juris Doctor from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. She also received her Bachelors in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.
