Megan Noble

Megan Noble is Lead Counsel for the employment law practice group at Drew Eckl & Farnham. She specializes in management side employment litigation and representation on day-to-day employment matters. Her practice includes the counseling, training and representation of management clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies. Megan drafts and reviews employee handbooks and policies, handles audits and investigations and negotiates executive employment agreements. She also has substantial experience with enforcing and defending non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. Megan is a frequent speaker on employment law topics, including management training seminars and legal education seminars focusing on employment matters.
