About
Biography Robert F. Joseys practice focuses on insurance defense litigation matters, including coverage, bad faith, Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Texas Insurance Code violations, first and third-party claims, UM/UIM, personal injury, homeowners, and property damage claims. Robert has acted as a first-chair at all trial levels, including Texas District Court, Appellate, and the Texas Supreme Court. Robert also heads the firms workers compensation and administrative law department. For close to twenty-five years Robert has represented insurance carriers, self-insureds, and employers before Texas Department of Insurance-Division of Workers Compensation, the State Office of Administrative Hearings, and State and Federal district and appellate courts in claims arising under the Texas Workers Compensation Act, the Texas Administrative Code, and the Texas Insurance Code. Robert has been Board Certified in Workers Compensation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2007, and he sits on its Advisory Commission.
