Yuri R. Venters

Yuri Venters practice focuses on healthcare litigation and claim reimbursement from third party payers. He counsels providers with regard to health care law, trends, contracts, and agency regulations. As a health care attorney, Yuri represents clients in matters that involve Medicaid & Medicare reimbursement, audits, overpayments, HIPAA, and exclusions from health care programs. Throughout his career, Yuri has managed all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal. Additionally, Yuri worked with government task force teams to protect the integrity of Medicaid programs. Prior to joining Dreyfuss Williams, Yuri served as a state prosecutor in Ohio and Texas. In Texas, Yuri received distinction as the Assistant Attorney General of the Year.
