Hayley L. Arthur

Hayley Arthur Hayley Arthur was born and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. She attended St. Gregorys University in Shawnee, Oklahoma, after she received a soccer scholarship. Hayley graduated from St. Gregorys in May 2015, with a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice. Hayley then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2020. During law school, Hayley served as Resource Editor of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. She received two awards while serving as the Resource editor, Outstanding Member and Managing Editor. She completed an externship with the Honorable Barbara J. Swinton, Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. Hayley was admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2020. She is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
