Daniel Baurer

Dan is a shareholder and member of the Firm’s Insurance Defense Practice Group directed by Theodore M. Schaer. Dan concentrates his practice on complex civil litigation for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, many of which are significant and catastrophic damage claims. Dan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Maryland, and the State of New Jersey, including Federal Bar Admissions in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of Maryland. Prior to joining Zarwin Baum, Daniel was a shareholder for a Baltimore-based law firm, and managed its Philadelphia office, which primarily focused on Plaintiffs’ personal injury cases. Dan has extensive experience managing complex cases and working with grieving families through tremendous tragedies.
