Nancy P. Hearn

Nancy P. Hearn is a native Texan from Dallas, Texas. In 1991, Ms. Hearn graduated from Abilene Christian University with a B. A. in Political Science and received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law in 1995. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Hearn practiced with a mid-size insurance defense firm in Dallas, Texas before relocating to Oklahoma. The majority of her experience is in insurance defense litigation with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, toxic tort, construction, premises liability and transportation liability. She also has experience in estate planning matters including wills, trusts and probate law. Ms. Hearn is active in the community, receiving a lifetime membership to the Texas PTA for her leadership roles in the Spring Creek Elementary PTA. She has also served in leadership positions for a Cub Scout Pack, Boy Scout Troop, and the Owasso Band Patrons. Early in her career, she served as a moot court judge and adviser. Currently, Ms. Hearn is active in various ministry roles at her church, including leadership roles with Small Groups, Senior Adult Ministry, and World Bible School/Prison Ministry.
