Thea G. Clark

Born in Galveston and recently returning home as a resident of Galveston County, Ms. Clark focuses her practice in real estate and title matters, banking, business transactions and civil litigation. Thea graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 before earning her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 1996. Prior to returning to Galveston, Thea was the in-house legal counsel for the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office in Tampa, Florida. She retired after 17 years of service as the Sheriffs Office Chief Legal Counsel. As an active litigator, her duties included providing legal representation to the Sheriffs Office and its deputies in state, federal and appellate courts. Thea has been a member of the State Bar of Texas and The Florida Bar since 1997.
