Alison Hunsicker

Biography Experience Admissions & Awards Biography Ms. Hunsicker received her J. D. from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. She received her M. B. A from The University of Dallas, and her B. B. A. from The University of Texas at Austin. She is active in the community having served in a variety of capacities for many social and civic organizations. Currently she serves on the Endowment Committee for Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas and is on the Board of Directors for the Rural Rental Housing Association, having previously been its President. She is a member of CREW, a professional group for women in commercial real estate, and is currently a member of the Board of Adjustment/Planning Review Board of the Town of Highland Park. Experience Ms. Hunsicker has extensive experience in the real estate business. She has experience with commercial litigation, assisting clients with landlord-tenant litigation including evictions, fair housing matters, code enforcement, vendor disputes, and premises liability issues. She has many years of real estate management experience, having owned a multifamily property management company. She was also a tenant representative for several national restaurant concepts, helping to implement their national strategic plans through site selection and real estate negotiation.
