Michael J. Pavloski is Of Counsel to Scolnick Laverty & Gouveia LLP, where his practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation. He represents national, regional, and local real estate companies in all housing courts and district courts of Massachusetts. He specializes in the area of landlord/tenant law and handles matters on behalf of residential and commercial landlords. In addition to having over 18 years of experience as a litigator, he also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, which he employs in an effort to counsel clients in the most cost-effective manner.
