Acted as first chair trial counsel for State Farm, in a first-party and uninsured motorist trial in Wayne County Michigan, resulting in a defense verdict and finding of fraud on the part of the insured. Effectively advocated as first chair counsel for a local physician in the defense of a wrongful death action in St. Clair County, resulting in a Directed Verdict for the doctor.
