James M. Moore

Jim is a graduate of the University of Michigan and its law school. (B. A. magna cum laude, 1969; J. D. 1972). Before joining the firm in 1973, he served as law clerk to U. S. District Judge John Feikens. Jim has served on the Council of the State Bar Labor and Employment Law Section including as Chairperson. He has written for the State Bar Journal, Law Notes and the Michigan Principal, and has made presentations for ICLE, the Federal Bar Association (Detroit Chapter), the Ken Morris Center at Oakland University, the National Academy of Arbitrators (Detroit Chapter), Michigan State Universitys School of Labor and Industrial Relations, the Michigan State Bars Labor and Employment Law Section, and numerous other professional, union and employee groups.
