Email: [email protected] Jennifer Bell Jennifer Bell is a Partner at Bell & Bell LLP. She focuses her practice on advancing employee rights and on counseling and defending employers in disputes. Ms. Bell litigates sexual harassment, wrongful termination, race discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, overtime, age discrimination, disability discrimination, gender discrimination and other types of employment related matters. In addition, Ms. Bell devotes a significant portion of her practice to negotiation of employment contracts and severance agreements, and to advising and consulting with executives regarding employment and compensation issues. Ms. Bell is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Bell was selected as a Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine for each available year between 2007-2011, and was selected as a Super Lawyer for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021and 2022.
