Market Street Building Collapse matter, which settled for a collective $227 million after a five month liability trial in what is believed to be the largest personal injury settlement in Pennsylvania history. Recently, along with firm co-founder Eric Zajac, he helped achieve a $2.26 million medical malpractice verdict against an incarcerated physician for the over prescription of opiate medication. Evan also recently represented a victim of childhood sexual abuse at the hands of doctor in the early 1960s under the New York Child Victims Act. The case resolved at a mediation in Boston, MA for $2.25 million and represents what is believed to be the largest individual recovery in a case brought under the Act.
