Richard C. Moreno Richard C. Moreno is a Senior Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, with a focus on transportation, product liability, general liability, and warranty liability, and a key member of the Wildland Fire Litigation Practice Group. As the Chair of the Transportation Practice Group and Co-Chair of the firms Product Liability Practice Group, Richard is known for his meticulous approach to handling complex and sensitive cases, particularly those involving catastrophic injuries and multiple wrongful deaths. His dedication to service has been a cornerstone of his career, reflected in his leadership roles at the firm in both the Executive Committee and as Partner-In-Charge of the Los Angeles office. Richard joined Murchison & Cumming as an Associate in 1997. His commitment to building relationships with clients and colleagues, coupled with his deep knowledge of the law, advanced him to become one of the firms younger Senior Partners, where he continues to lead by example and ensure that the firm delivers the highest quality legal services.
