Brian C. Hall

Philadelphia personal injury lawyer Brian C. Hall has over 20 years of experience representing accident victims at the negotiating table, as well as in the courtroom. He concentrates his practice on complex personal injury litigation. This includes cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and crashworthiness, as well as automobile and construction site accidents. Brian has successfully litigated and tried numerous cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts on a wide range of issues. Education and Legal Experience Brian received his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He then went on to earn a Masters Degree in literature from Columbia University. Later, he decided to pursue a career in law, and graduated from Temple University School of Law. While there, he wrote for a law journal and received awards for outstanding performance in Jurisprudence and Trial Advocacy. Speaking Engagements and Pro Bono Work Prior to law school, Brian taught English as a second language in Taipei, Taiwan. He has also been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on legal practice in trial courts and on premises liability issues. He handles numerous pro bono cases involving automobile negligence and premises liability, and he coordinates the firms pro bono program. Brian also serves as the President of Media Borough (Pa.) Council.
