Andrew T. Turner

Following law school, Andy joined the Little Rock office of the Friday, Eldredge & Clark law firm, where he became a partner in the firms Labor, Employment and Health law section. In 1998, he became a shareholder in the McFall Law Firm, which merged with Ogletree Deakins effective January 1, 2000 to become the firms Dallas office. Andy left Ogletree Deakins for a short while to practice as a principal at the Dallas litigation boutique Fisher, Holmes and Turner, P. C. There he continued his employment practice (representing plaintiffs and defendants), and he expanded his practice to include commercial and probate litigation. Andy has for many years been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the field of labor and employment law.
