Lare From working as a partner at a large, Philadelphia-based law firm and previously serving as a clerk to a federal judge after graduating with high honors from law school, James Lare opened the Lare Law Firm: a boutique litigation and business law practice in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Prior to establishing the Lare Law Firm, James was a partner at a top-tier litigation firm, where he represented clients in federal and state courts. Through his experience litigating complex litigation matters, his practice expanded into commercial law engagements, ranging from drafting and negotiating agreements to regulatory compliance issues. In his present role as Principal Attorney for the Lare Law Firm, James is an active litigator, handling cases involving personal injury, commercial disputes, and employment law issues. Additionally, he directs the firms business law practice, which involves serving as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements that cover a variety of situations, including, but not limited to, transfer of ownership in closely-held entities, the lease of commercial equipment and space, and vendor contracts. Finally, for individuals who are facing personal legal issues or wish to plan for the future, James is available to provide advice on your rights and draft the necessary documents to protect them.
