Frank is the managing attorney of Alan L. Frank Law Associates, P. C., a 15-attorney commercial litigation boutique with its main offices located in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. Alan is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania. Alan has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell for twenty years. He is also certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has appeared in multiple Federal, State and arbitration venues throughout the country. Alan has tried many accountant, attorney and stockbroker malfeasance cases. Alan concentrates his practice in commercial litigation matters including contract disputes and disputes by and among owners of commercial enterprises. Alan is the author/co-author of many articles in several nationally published magazines, including Valuation and the Freeze-Out of a Minority Member in a Limited Liability Company in the National Litigation Consultants Review which was published in the Fall of 2012. Alan was for many years a tenured full time associate professor at Villanova University School of Commerce and Finance, Department of Accountancy. Alan is a 1976 graduate of LaSalle University (B. S., cum laude) and a 1981 graduate of Temple University (J. D., cum laude, 1981), and has an L. L. M. in Taxation from Temple University, 1985.
