Lynne M. Ridgway

Lynne grew up in small town North Dakota and graduated from North Dakota State University. Following law school at the University of Minnesota, Lynne began practicing family law in St. Cloud. She has continued to reside and work in the Central Minnesota community since 1985. Lynne has concentrated her practice solely in family law. Over her many years of practice, she has represented clients in a wide of array of marriage dissolution, child custody, parenting time, post-decree, paternity, and child support matters. Lynnes years of experience have taught and enabled her to take a holistic approach to each clients individual case. Analysis of the facts, the law, the family dynamics, and the impact of the proceeding on the family unit are all taken into consideration when guiding her clients through the court proceeding. Lynne also regularly serves as a family law mediator, arbitrator, as well as the occasional custody/parenting time early neutral evaluator and financial early neutral evaluator. Lynne enjoys keeping up with NDSU and University of Minnesota sports and spending time with her family.
