Eric Steven Taylor

Eric focuses primarily on business and real estate law with extensive experience in business and real estate transactions, entity formation, corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial litigation. In this role, he has helped businesses and owners in a wide variety of industries achieve their goals. Eric also routinely works in franchise law, nonprofit applications and governance, and works with homeowners associations. Erics many years of experience dealing with businesses and their owners help him excel in providing excellent representation to his clients. Eric recently rejoined Taylor Law Offices after practicing as a partner at a prestigious local law firm and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him. Eric grew up in Ohio, but considers his true home to be in Boise after living in town for over ten years. Aside from the beauty of Idaho, Erics favorite aspect of practicing in the area is the entrepreneurial spirit and growth in Boise. Eric is in Boise for the long haul and has a great rapport with his clients. In his free time Eric loves to golf, ski, and go on walks and hikes with his beloved dog Urban. Eric is an avid sports fan and never misses watching an Ohio State Buckeyes game.
