Mr. Rodriguez is a trial lawyer whose practice is focused in all forms of complex litigation, including corporate and business disputes, personal injury matters, general negligence, legal and medical malpractice, and family law. Mr. Rodriguez has the unique experience of having successfully represented both defendants and plaintiffs in the above subject areas. In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Rodriguez represents individuals and corporations in a broad range of industries before the U. S. Department of Homeland Security, the U. S.
