Rebecca A. Harvey

Rebeccas main areas of practice are Family Law, (including Divorce, Custody, Parenting Time and more), Estate Planning (including Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney) and Probate Law (including Guardianships and Conservatorships). Prior to joining PSED Law, Rebecca was a sole practitioner for 17 years practicing in Washtenaw, Lenawee, Jackson and Monroe counties. Rebecca has zealously represented her clients needs and brought their cases to an amicable and harmonious conclusion. Born in New York, Ms. Harvey moved to Michigan pursue her secondary education at the University of Michigan, continuing on to pursue her law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. In addition to practicing law, Rebecca has been elected as Trustee of the Board of Education of the Manchester Community Schools since 2015. She is very dedicated to ensuring a quality education for the students of the district while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Rebecca is also a Director of the Manchester Community Fair, the longest running event in Manchester!
