Ryan Sweeney

Ryan Sweeney focuses his practice in the areas of family law, probate (decedents estates, guardianship and conservatorship disputes), estate planning, business disputes and general civil litigation, dedicating himself to his clients business and personal legal needs. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan since 2007. He is admitted to practice in Michigans State, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts, including their corresponding appellate divisions. Ryans areas of practice include: Family law, including, alternative dispute resolution, custody and support issues, prenuptial agreements, divorce and post-judgment disputes/modifications; Business law, including formation, buying and selling, licensing, employment litigation, contracts and protection of intellectual property; Real property law, including buying and selling real property, title and boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant rights. Estate planning, Estate administration and Probate. Ryan obtained his Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in 2003 and his Law Degree (J. D.) from Michigan State University College of Law in 2006. During law school Ryan interned for the Criminal Appellate Division of the Michigan Attorney Generals Office.
