About George Overview George enjoys the intensive research required to litigate insurance coverage cases and has defended carriers in high-stakes matters involving personal injury, abuse and death where the court found no coverage. He crafts strong arguments - George earned a masters degree in rhetoric before becoming a lawyer - and he taught legal research and writing at the University of Texas at Austin. In his representation of insurers, George litigates complex issues under commercial general liability policies, directors & officers (D&O) policies, errors & omissions (E&O) policies, employment liability policies, personal automobile policies, commercial trucking policies, homeowners policies, and business property policies.
