Chris graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1984 and the University of San Diego in 1987. He is licensed in California (1987), Oregon (1996), and Washington (1996), and is a member of Ambrose Law Group LLC. He has previously served as the president of the Oregon Mortgage Lenders Association, and he primarily represents mortgage bankers and brokers, developers, real estate companies, private lenders, private placement funds, and banks for their various needs, including formation, licensing, and operations.
