Hugh N. Lyle

About Hugh Lyle, a partner of Mullin Hoard & Brown, has over 35 years experience as a trial lawyer with extensive experience in jury trials, bench trials and alternative dispute resolution procedures. He has been actively engaged in the trials of lawsuits since 1984 and has handled a variety of cases involving personal injury/death as well as commercial litigation including breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, insurance coverage, construction issues, probate, trust and estate matters. Hugh received his B. A. with honors in 1981, and his J. D. degree in 1984, both from Texas Tech University. He is admitted in Texas and New Mexico, and in both the Northern and Western United States District Courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Lubbock Area Bar Association, and an Advocate with The American Board of Trial Advocates. Hugh is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law (1996). Hugh is admitted to the United States District Court of New Mexico.
