Darci A. Carroll Personal Profile Darci@Priest Miller Law.com Ms. Carroll is an insurance defense lawyer, civil litigator, and represents her clients in general business matters. She has been advocating for her clients in state court in New Mexico since 1999. Ms. Carroll is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and state and federal courts in California and New Jersey. She has been a presenter and lecturer in continuing education programs on a statewide, regional, and national level regarding legal issues specific to the construction industry. Ms. Carroll is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and the American Bar Association Public Contracts Section. Ms. Carroll earned her B. A. degree in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Denver as an Honors Scholar and her J. D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law.
