Kendell D. Lott-Tucker

Kendell has over 20 years of experience servicing clients in the Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Macomb Counties in specialty areas that include Family Law (including Complex Divorce and asset divisions, Child Custody and Support), Real Estate Law (land acquisition and quiet title), Landlord Tenant, Contracts, Probate, and Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning. In addition to the numerous celebrated victories under TUCKER L LAW, Kendell brings a variety of law and legal experiences customized to meet each of her client’s needs to ensure the best possible outcome for everyone.With a lifelong spirit of helping others and giving back, Kendell has a stellar record of community service and support. Over the years, she served as a volunteer attorney to advise pro se litigants as part of the Eastern District of Michigan District Court's “Ask the Lawyer” Program sponsored by the Federal Bar Association Pro Bono Committee. Additionally, Kendell has served as a member of the Wayne State University Black Law Alumni Council Faculty Success Committee and currently serves as a committee member for the Minority Recruiter for the University of Michigan Alumni Association's Alumni Student Recruitment Program as well as a mentor for the University of Michigan Black Alumni (UMBA) Mentoring Program.Kendell attributes her success as a distinguished attorney to her faith and commitment to Jesus Christ. Outside of law, Kendell is a devoted wife and mother. She is blessed to have a wonderful and supportive husband, Eric Tucker, P.E., a civil engineer who manages multidiscipline contracts in various municipalities throughout the Metro-Detroit Area in water, wastewater, design, and management. Kendell and Eric are the proud parents of two sons: Bryce, a graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor pursuing a medical degree, and Brennen, an aspiring Wolverine.
